Another person who has damaged Amherst is Carrie Kahn, a member of the Amherst Zoning Board of Appeals. If you attend or watch a ZBA meeting you will see Mrs. Kahn is a lady so confused she does not know what is being discussed but votes with the minority. She lacks the ability to understand what the ZBA rules are and she sits there as a person who should go back to her own business full time.
The ZBA needs people like Don Smith, who understands what the ZBA is all about.
