SHERIDAN — A 23-year-old Chautauqua resident was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop.
According to New York State Police, Jordan Mullen was pulled over on Route 20 for a traffic violation and while speaking to Mullen, the Troopers observed a marijuana smoking pipe in plain view. During the vehicle search a bag containing marijuana was located. Mullen was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Sheridan Court next month.
