AMERST — I called the Planning Department at 11:08 a.m. today, December,29,2017 to talk to talk to Mr. Howard or Mr.Gillert in the Planning Department concerning a question I had.
I was told the only person who can talk to me was the Department Director Mr. Rick Gillert know one else could talk to me. I informed the person the question I was going to ask could be answered by anyone in the department.
She again stated Mr. Gillert informed his staff no one could talk to me but Mr. Gillert. I did ask my question before we hung up which was “what our the hours of the Planning Department? There was no reply.
