New York State Police on Friday charged Thomas Echard, 39, and Austin Echard, 19, both of Kennedy, for Illegal Discharge of a Firearm.
The Troopers responded to a report of two subjects shooting in close proximity to the caller’s residence, later to be determined less than 300 feet. The subjects were identified as Thomas and Austin Echard and they were subsequently placed under arrest and issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Poland Court. Thomas and Austin Echard are scheduled to appear in the Town of Poland Court next month.
