On November 11, 2017 Troopers arrested Michael P. Gagliardi, 48, of Lockport, NY for DWI and moving from lane unsafely. Gagliardi was stopped after he was observed driving into the oncoming lane of traffic on State Route 31 in the Town of Lockport. 

Gagliardi was placed under arrest after being administered field sobriety tests and consented to a breath test which revealed a BAC of .13%. Gagliardi was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Lockport Court at a later date.

On November 11, 2017 Troopers arrested Richard E. Ponter, 51, of Gasport, NY for DWI, failing to keep right, moving from lane unsafely and driving to the left of pavement markings.  Ponter was stopped on Day Road in the Town of Lockport after he was observed failing to maintain his lane. 

Following field sobriety testing Ponter was placed under arrest and consented to a breath test which revealed a BAC of .17%. Ponter was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Lockport at a later date.

 
On November 11, 2017 Troopers arrested Juan A. Claudio, 49, of Akron, NY for aggravated DWI (felony), DWI (felony- previous conviction), aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 1st degree (felony), using a vehicle without an interlock device and standing on a highway. Troopers observed Claudio slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle on Beattie Ave in the Town of Lockport. 

After further investigation Claudio was placed under arrest for DWI and consented to a breath test which revealed a BAC of .23%. He was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Lockport Court at a later date.
On November 11, 2017 Troopers arrested Sabrina L. Kilbury, 34, of Lockport, NY for DWI, failing to keep right, driving to the left of pavement markings and moving from lane unsafely. Troopers observed a vehicle in the ditch upon responding to a report of a motor vehicle accident on Rochester Road in the Town of Royalton. Kilbury was the operator of the vehicle and stated she swerved to avoid a deer. 

Kilbury was placed under arrest for DWI after being administered field sobriety tests. She consented to a breath test which revealed a BAC of .11%.  Kilbury was issued tickets returnable Town of Royalton at a later date.
On November 13. 2017 Troopers arrested Peter J. Ackerman, 42, of North Tonawanda, NY for aggravated DWI (felony), DWI (felony- previous conviction), aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 1st degree (felony), using a vehicle without an interlock device, moving from lane unsafely, insufficient turn signal, driving on a sidewalk and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Ackerman was observed operating a vehicle on Pine Street in the City of Lockport when he drove over a curb and nearly struck a pole.  

Ackerman was placed under arrest for DWI following an investigation and consented to a breath test  which revealed a BAC of .29%. Ackerman was issued tickets returnable to the City of Lockport Court at a later date.
