EDEN — A 60-year-old Eden woman was charged on June 3 with driving while intoxicated after the woman reportedly crashed into a mailbox.
According to New York State Police, Troopers observed a 2015 GMC Acadia on the side of the road that appeared to have been in an accident. Troopers observed Renee Bugenhagen standing next to the vehicle and determined that she was operating the vehicle and later that she was intoxicated.
She was transported to SP Collins where she was found to have a BAC of .16 percent.
She was ordered to appear in Town of Eden Court on July 11.
