HUME — A 52-year-old Belfast woman was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on State Route 19.
According to New York State Police, Jacqueline Y. McCumiskey was stopped by Troopers for an inadequate muffler and subsequently determined to be intoxicated. She was taken to SP Fillmore for processing and found to have a .11 percent blood alcohol level.
She was released on tickets and is due in The Town of Hume Court on July 6.
