ARCADE — A 51-year-old Arcade man was charged Sunday with felony DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on SR-39.

According to New York State Police, Michael Goss was stopped for speeding and determined to be intoxicated. A subsequent search found him to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana. He was taken to the Holland Troopers’ barracks and found to have a .11 percent blood alcohol content.

Goss was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Sardinia Court on June 13.
