Esther Lach passed away peacefully in her home on May 19, 2017. Born December 21, 1935 in Buffalo, NY, she was the beloved wife of Reverend Stefan Lach, Jr., to whom she was married for almost 59 years. Esther is also survived by her children, Steven P. Lach (Kurt Goodfriend) and Kathleen Lach (Pamela Oettel); her grandchildren Olivia, Taylor, and Karsten; siblings David (Rose) Lombardo, Mary Michel and the late Paul, Joseph, Frank, Peter, John, Connie, Ann, Margaret, and Sarah; also survived by many nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Esther was an active member of Calvary Full Gospel Church in Kenmore, NY. She loved to travel, and spend time with her children and grandchildren in Chicago.
Relatives and friends may call Sunday, May 21st from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport, NY, where funeral services will be held Monday, May 22nd at 11 AM.
