JAMESTOWN — A 51-year-old Bemus Point man was charged Friday with driving while ability impaired by drugs following a traffic stop on Fluvanna Avenue.
According to New York State Police, Daniel Magnuson was pulled over for a traffic violation and placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests. After a blood specimen was secured from Magnuson at WCA Hospital, he was processed at SP Jamestown, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Ellicott Court and released.
