Several citizens have contacted our State Comptroller’s office calling for an investigation of our Amherst ZBA for making decisions on projects which were illegal.
Since there has been much corruption in our State, Governor Cuomo is pleased our Comptroller could be looking into Amherst’s ZBA to clear up what is happening in this important part of the government.
Last Friday I talked to several members in the State Comptroller’s office explaining what the major problems are which are deeply hurting the entire Town of Amherst.
