TOWN OF NIAGARA — A 56-year-old Niagara Falls man is facing DWI charges following an early morning traffic stop on Hyde Park Boulevard.
According to New York State Police, at approximately 2:44 am, stopped the vehicle John Moore was operating after someone called 911 to report that it was sitting at a traffic light without moving through three different cycles. Troopers determined him to be intoxicated and transported him to SP Niagara where a breath test revealed his BAC to be .09 percent.
Moore was issued appearance tickets returnable in the Town of Niagara Court.
