Two bartenders in Wyoming County were charged Friday with selling alcohol to minors as part of an underage drinking enforcement detail conducted by the New York State Police and New York State Liquor Authority.
According to details offered by NYSP, 36-year-old Elizabeth Colkitt of South Wales was arrested at Flipside Bar in the Town of Sheldon and charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child for selling alcohol to a minor under the age of 21 years old. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Sheldon Court on May 8. Also arrested was 24-year-old Chad Winkelman of Attica, accused of selling alcohol to a minor at Louie’s Lounge in the Village of Attica. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Attica Court on May 8.
