ALFRED — A 21-year-old Homer man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic violations following a traffic stop on ST-244.
According to New York State Police, Luke V. Tesoriero was stopped for failing to maintain lane and subsequently determined to be intoxicated. He was taken to the Amity Troopers’ barracks for processing, where he was found to have a .12 percent blood alcohol content.
Tesoriero was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Village of Alfred for May.
