ALMOND — A 26-year-old Canisteo woman was charged April 18 with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on ST-21.
According to New York State Police, Margaret R Rodgers was stopped for having no license plate light and NYS inspection. She was subsequently determined to be intoxicated and taken to the Amity Troopers’ barracks for processing, where she was found to have a .12 percent blood alcohol content.
She was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Almond court for later this month.
