ALLEGANY — An 18-year-old Sterling woman was arrested on Sunday, charged with petit larceny.
New York State Police say that Brooke L Morrisseau as arrested after Troopers received complaints for two students at St Bonaventure University, reported missing clothing from the school laundry room. One of the students reportedly saw Morrisseau wearing a stolen article of clothing.
When interviewed, Morrisseau admitted to taking the clothing and selling some on line. She was charged, processed at the Olean Troopers’ barracks and issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Allegany court for May 2017.
