GREAT VALLEY — A 27-year-old Great Valley man was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Humphrey Road.

According to New York State Police, Michael A Barczak was stopped for driving with no tail lights. While interviewing Barczak, Troopers determined him to be intoxicated. He was taken to the Olean Troopers’ barracks for processing, where he was found to have a .13 percent blood alcohol content.

He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Great Valley court for May.
