AMITY — A 46-year-old Amity man was charged Sunday with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief following an investigation into a domestic incident.
According to New York State Police, David W. Randall Jr. broke property and prevented a 911 call. Troopers processed him at the Amity Troopers’ barracks and took him to Town of Friendship Court for arraignment. He was remanded to the Allegany County Jail on $2,000 cash bail/$4,000 bond and is scheduled to appear before the Town of Amity Court today.
