WILLIAMSVILLE — The Niagara men’s tennis team fell to the Marist Red Foxes, 7-0, on Friday. Prior to the match, the Purple Eagles honored seniors Francis Nadeau and Felipe Fuentes.

NU lost two of the three doubles matches to drop the doubles point. The tandem of Brent Boleslav and Taylan Ozdemir defeated Christopher Gladden and Lars Schouten, 6-4, in No. 2 doubles.  The duo is now 2-0 on the season. Two of the six singles matches went into three sets. Nadeau fell in No. 3 singles and Boleslav in five singles.

The Purple Eagles head to Fairfield to play the Stags on Sunday at Noon.
