HELLERTOWN, Pa. – The Niagara men’s golf team completed the Lafayette Invitational on Monday. The team carded a two-round total of 649 (+73) and finished in 18th place.

Daniel Weimer led Niagara. He carded a two-round total of 158 (+14). He finished tied for 58th place, moving up 14 spots in the standings from round one.

Christian Nizamis shot a 162 (+18) total and tied for 81st place. Nicco Gentile finished tied for 84th; he carded a 163 (+19).

Eric MacLean and Wilson Lockwood rounded out the Niagara quintet. MacLean carded a 169 (+25) total and finished tied for 100th and Lockwood finished in 102nd place after carding a two-round total of 171 (+27).

The Purple Eagles take the course next when they compete in the Robert Morris Colonial Classic at Montour Heights Country Club in Moon Township, Pa. on April 9-11.
