Carolyn Betts went to be with the Lord on April 2, 2017. Daughter of the late Dorothy and Morgan Betts.
Sister of Frances Goodrich of Middleport, NY and the late Marjorie Koch and Charles Betts. Aunt of Anna Koch of Middleport, N.Y., Timothy (Stephanie) Goodrich of S. Hampton, N.J., Kurt (Dilys) Koch of Denver, N.C., Eric (Theresa) Koch. Great-aunt of Jonathan Koch of Buffalo N.Y and Alexander Goodrich of S. Hampton, N.J.
Carolyn was an avid scholar of the Bible. She was an artist and musician, she was a self-taught classical guitar player and harpist. She enjoyed reading history and researching family genealogy. She was devoted to her beloved cat Nutmeg. Nutmeg was often found napping in Carolyn’s guitar case.
Also survived by several other cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Services will be held at a later date.
