DAYTON — A 39-year-old Leon woman was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated after New York State Police found her vehicle in a ditch on Dredge Road.
Troopers say Emily L. Elliott was determined to be intoxicated and taken to SP Collins where she was found to have a .20 percent blood alcohol content.
She was ordered to appear on Town of Dayton Court on April 20.
