COLLINS — A 25-year-old Rochester man was charged Thursday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Route 62.

According to New York State Police, Nicholas R. Frank was stopped around 12:05 p.m. for having an expired inspection sticker. During an interview of the operator, Troopers detected the odor of marijuana, which led to a search that resulted in Troopers finding approximately 1.63 grams of marijuana and a glass smoking device with burnt marijuana residue.

Frank was issued tickets to Town of Collins Court on April 12.
