WILLING — A 59-year-old Whitesville man was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on ST-248.
According to New York State Police, Ernest C Kear was stopped for vehicle and traffic violations and determined to be intoxicated. He was taken to the Amity Troopers’ barracks and found to have a .11 percent blood alcohol content.
He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Willing in April.
