ELLICOTTVILLE — A 49-year-old Bolivar man was charged this morning with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Hugh Alley.
According to New York State Police, James J. Jurbala was stopped for failing to signal a turn. While interviewing him, police determined him to be intoxicated. He was later found to have a .31 percent blood alcohol content.
Jurbala was arraigned in the Town of Ellicottville and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
