ELLICOTTVILLE — A 26-year-old Ellicottville woman was charged early this morning with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Jefferson Street.
According to New York State Police, Jennifer M. Barnes was stopped for no headlights around 2:10 a.m. Troopers determined her to be intoxicated, although she refused a breath sample.
She was arraigned in the Village of Ellicottville Court and is to reappear in May.
