SCIO — A 28-year-old Bolivar man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle collision early this morning.
According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to the reported crash on County Road 31 near Gordon Brook Road. Upon arrival they interviewed Joel H. Grabow who was identified as the operator and whom they determined to be intoxicated.
Grabow was found to have a .16 percent blood alcohol content and charged with DWI then released on tickets to appear in Town of Scio on Tuesday.
