More and more schools are opting against opening on Friday, allowing more time to re-coup from Wednesday’s devastating wind storm.
As of 9:18 p.m., the closings for Friday are as follows:

- Barker Central Schools
- Batavia City Schools
- Christian Academy of WNY
- East Aurora Schools
- Holley Central Schools
- Immaculate Conception, East Aurora
- Iroquois Central Schools
- LeRoy Central Schools
- Lockport City School District
- Medina Central Schools
- Orleans County Christian School
- Roy-Hart Schools
- Starpoint Central Schools
