ELMA — A 38-year-old Elma man was charged Saturday evening with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on North Blossom Road.
According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped Nicolas S. Hann at approximately 8:02 p.m. for moving from his lane unsafely. They determined him to be intoxicated and later found him to have a .17 percent blood alcohol content.
Hann was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Elma Court on Thursday.
