HAMBURG — A 62-year-old Hamburg man was charged Saturday night with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Clark Street.

According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped David G. Setter for driving with a headlight out and determined him to be intoxicated. Setter was taken into custody and transported to SP Boston where he provided a breath sample of .13 percent blood alcohol content.

He was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Hamburg Court on Wednesday.
