CARROLTON — A 26-year-old Olean man was charged Sunday with petit larceny, accused of stealing two cartons of cigarettes from a gas station.
According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to the WW Vandalia Gas Mart for the report of an unknown suspect who stole 2 cartons of cigarettes. After a review of security camera and investigation, Nathan Bilby was charged with petit larceny.
Bilby was processed at SP Olean and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Carrollton court for March.
