YORKSHIRE — A 58-year-old Machias woman was charged this evening with driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle crash near Arrowhead Campground.
According to New York State Police, Kathleen A. Dingethal’s vehicle was found around 5:49 p.m. off the west shoulder of the roadway stuck in the snow. While interviewing Dingethal about the accident, they determined her to be intoxicated. She later recorded a .11 percent blood alcohol content.
Dingethal was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Yorkshire later this month.
