OLEAN — A 58-year-old Olean man was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Seneca Avenue.
According to New York State Police, Mark E. Ayers was stopped for failure to keep right and determined to be intoxicated. He was taken to the Olean Troopers’ barracks for processing and found to have a .14 percent blood alcohol content.
Ayers was issued traffic tickets returnable to the City of Olean for later this month.
