ALLEGANY — A 38-year-old Olean man was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a crash on I-86. 
According to New York State Police, Troopers responded for a report of a vehicle in the median. Troopers located Rohan Tinson and his vehicle stuck in the median. While interviewing Tinson, Troopers determined him to be intoxicated. He was taken to SP Olean for processing and found to have a .17 percent blood alcohol content. 
Tinson was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Allegany for later this month.
