COLLINS — A 24-yeear-old Lawtons man is due in Town of Collins Court on Wednesday following an unlawful possession of marijuana charge issued against him earlier this month.
According to a New York State Police report issued this morning, Andrew G. Young was stopped on Route 438 on Feb. 2 and found to be in possession of a glass smoking device containing burnt marijuana.
Police say he was also ticketed for traffic violations.
