ELLICOTT — A 28-year-old Erie, Pa. man was charged Friday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Strunk Road.
According to New York State Police, Juan Batista-Ginorio was found with a bottle containing three grams of marijuana, a pipe containing marijuana residue and a grinder containing marijuana residue during the traffic stop.
Batista-Ginorio was arrested, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Ellicott Court and released.
