COWLESVILLE — New York State Police are investigating a hit and run collision that occurred Jan. 27 on State Route 354.
Police say the suspect vehicle, a black Hyundai Accent between the model years of 2007 and 2011, was traveling eastbound when it went off the road, striking a mailbox, then a red GMC Sierra pickup truck before coming to rest against a tree. The Hyundai then fled the scene eastbound with extensive damage to the front end.
Police ask anyone with any information regarding the suspect vehicle and operator contact the NYSP at 585-344-6200.
