BUFFALO — New York State Police caught eight people using fake IDs early this morning at a pair of Elmwood Avenue bars.
NYSP says that the underage fraudulent/fictitious license check was conducted by members of its Clarence and Boston barracks with the assistance of Coles and Mr. Goodbar.
Approximately 300 licenses were checked and eight subjects were found to be in violation of section 509-6 of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law, Use of a Fictitious/Fraudulent license. They were released to return to the Buffalo Traffic Violations Agency at a later date.
