RUSHFORD — A 40-year-old Centerville man was charged Friday with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief following a domestic incident.
According to New York State Police, Robert A. Frost damaged property and prevented another party from making a 911 call.
Frost was taken to the Amity Trooper’s barracks for processing and arraigned in the Town of Rushford Court with a return date slated for Feb. 2.
