BUFFALO — Jordan Glover (Buffalo/St. Joe’s) had 24 points and eight assists and Buffalo State led wire-to-wire in a 104-67 SUNYAC victory over visiting New Paltz today at the Sports Arena.

Glover finished one point shy of matching his career best, shooting 6 of 10 from the field and 5 of 8 from 3-point range. Mike Henry (Syracuse/West Genesee) added 23 points, and Lovell Smith (Buffalo/McKinley) netted 16. Nico McLean (Buffalo/Amherst) chipped in nine points to go with nine assists. The Bengals jumped out to a 55-38 lead at halftime and continued to pull away in the second half, leading by as many as 38. Buffalo State shot 52 percent from the field and was 11 of 24 from long range. The Bengals converted 28 New Paltz turnovers into 43 points, while committing just 11 turnovers. Buffalo State also held a 24-4 scoring advantage on the fast break.

Buffalo State will visit Geneseo on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
