SCIO — An 83-year-old Scio man was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal contempt, accused of violating an order of protection.
According to New York State Police, Robert J. Sheehy was arraigned in Town of Friendship Court and taken to Allegany County Jail in lieu of $5,000/$10,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear before the Town of Scio Court on Jan. 17.
