WELLSVILLE — A 41-year-old Wellsville man was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment on Wednesday.
According to New York State Police, Jeffrey M. Niedbala was arrested at the conclusion of an investigation into unwanted communications by electronic means that caused another person to be fearful for their safety.
Neidbala was transported to SP Amity for processing and was arraigned before the Town of Friendship Court before being released with orders to appear before the Town of Clarksville Court on Jan. 25.
