BELMONT — Nineteen-year-old Kyle T. Layman, who was charged Sunday with DWI and driving without a license was additionally charged on Thursday with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

According to New York State Police, Troopers, continuing the investigation from the Sunday incident discovered that he had been operating a vehicle at the time of his arrest without the permission or consent of the owner.

Layman was issued an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to appear before the Town of Amity Court on Wednesday
