STOW — A 45-year-old Little Valley man was charged unlawful possession of marijuana on Sunday following a traffic stop on I-86.
According to New York State Police, Troopers pulled over a vehicle for speeding and during the traffic stop, passenger Richard Case was found to be in possession of 6.5 grams of marijuana and a glass pipe containing marijuana residue.
Case was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of North Harmony Court later in the month to answer the charge. The driver was issued a ticket for speeding.
