Robert D. Narehood of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016. He was born in Clearfield, PA on October 5, 1943, the son of the late Tyrus R. and Mary E. [Stevens] Narehood.
Mr. Narehood was a welder and chief union stewart with Carbon Graphite for over 30 years and had worked at the casino. He was an avid bowler.
Mr. Narehood is survived by his wife of 31 years Barbara [McCann] Narehood and was the father of Gina (Joseph) Strauch, Robert (Erica) Narehood, Steven (DD) Narehood, Joel Birjukow, a daughter-in-law Gina (John) Robins, also twelve grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Robert J. McCann and brother of the late Ned Tyrus and Mary Ellen Narehood.
His family will be present Monday 12-3:30 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME,
1124 Ontario Ave., NIAGARA FALLS, NY, with funeral services to follow at 3:30 PM, with the Rev. Matthew Kofahl officiating.
