BUFFALO — A 41-year-old Buffalo man was charged early this morning with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Niagara Street.
According to New York State Police, at approximately 2:30 a.m., Troopers stopped a 2001, black, Honda Civic for speeding. They determined that the driver, Diandre M. Richardson, was intoxicated and later found him to have a .20 percent blood alcohol content.
Richardson was later released to a third party after processing and is scheduled to appear before the City of Buffalo Court on Jan. 9.
