BUFFALO — Erie County’s new district attorney was sworn in this morning.
John J. Flynn, who served as a Navy JAG officer for 28 years, takes the reins from Acting District Attorney Michael Flaherty after being Flaherty in the Democratic Primary in September and then beating Joe Treanor III in the general election in November.
