BUFFALO — The Erie County Sheriff’s Office has charged a 26-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman following a raid on a Fillmore Avenue home Wednesday morning.

According to Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard, the Sheriff’s Narcotics and SWAT units teamed up to execute a search warrant at 471 Fillmore Avenue, where they discovered a quantity of marijuana and cocaine along with various drug paraphernalia items. Also discovered was a semi-automatic rifle with an affixed suppressor, and a full, high-capacity magazine next to an occupied crib.

Antuan Yeomas, 26, a convicted felon, was arrested and charged with a felony count of criminal possession of a loaded firearm, misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, false personation, endangering the welfare of a child and a violation for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Also arrested during the raid was Kiaira McCullough, 21 of Buffalo. She was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and possession of marijuana. The defendant has a prior case pending with child protective services.

The pair are being held at the Erie County Holding Center pending their arraignments. In addition to this arrest, Yeomas had multiple warrants out of Rochester.

Child Protective Services was contacted and the infant was placed into the custody of relatives.
