CLARENCE — New York State Police in conjunction with the New York State Liquor Authority conducted an underage drinking enforcement detail at 12 Amherst and Clarence establishments that resulted in one arrest on Friday.

Salem Khan, 30, of Cheektowaga, an employee of QT Mobil Transit Rd, Amherst was charged with prohibited sale to a person under the age of 21 and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Amherst Court at a later date.

The following establishments were checked and were in compliance:

  • University Convenience – Sheridan Dr., Amherst
  • Walgreens – 3605 Sheridan Dr., Amherst
  • Kwik Fill Red Apple – 5169 Sheridan Dr., Amherst
  • A-Plus Sunoco – 5215 Sheridan Dr., Amherst
  • Georgetown Square Wine & Liquor – 5225 Sheridan Road, Amherst
  • Sunoco – Transit and Maple roads
  • Walgreens – 5275 Transit Road, Clarence
  • 7-11 – Transit and Roll roads, Clarence
  • Kenyon’s – 9700 Transit Road, Amherst
  • Niagara Produce – 8555 Transit Road, Clarence
  • Consumers Beverage – 8580 Transit Road, Amherst
