MIDDLEPORT — The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office charged a 37-year-old man with driving while intoxicated with his kids in his car Friday morning — a Leandra’s Law violation.
Deputies say they were called to a domestic incident on Main Street and told that Jeremy Doran had left the residence intoxicated with his 2-year-old and 10-year-old in the car. Doran was later located at another residence in the village and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation in addition to the DWI.
Doran was remanded to the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $750.00 bail and is due back in the Town of Royalton Court on Tuesday.
